Your account
Your account is created from a book purchase or an invitation (with the email used in that purchase or invitation), through the free sign-up with a code sent to your email, or the first time you sign in with a login provider. You sign in with a code sent to your email, a password, a passkey or a login provider connected to your account.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in methods secure, and for the information you enter. Birth data must be accurate for the calculations to make sense.
Plans and subscription
The book is a one-time purchase made on the partner site, and it stays yours to read and download even without a subscription. The app account offers monthly plans (Seed, Journey and Constellation), each with the features described on the plans page at the time you subscribe.
Book buyers get 7 days of the Journey plan, with no card required and once per account. When that period or a paid plan ends, the account moves to the free plan: the book, the profile, system summaries and one Attunement remain available.
Prices, billing and renewal are those shown at the payment provider's checkout. After the paid period ends there is a 3-day grace period before the plan's features are closed.
Crystals
There are two currencies in the app, and they never mix:
- Crystals: bought in packs or granted monthly with the subscription, used to generate deep dives and other features shown in the app.
- Island game crystals: earned by playing and studying, used only inside the game. They are not bought with money and have no monetary value.

Nature of the content: self-knowledge and wellness
Humanos is a self-knowledge and wellness tool. Symbolic systems are read as a mirror, never as a verdict. Psychometric questionnaires do not replace an assessment by a professional.
The health data shown in the app (sleep, heart rate, readiness, stress, cardio capacity and others) are wellness estimates. The app and the Humanos ring are not medical devices and do not diagnose or recommend treatment. If you have questions about your health, see a professional; in an emergency, seek immediate care.
The content is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the decisions you make based on it are your own.
AI-generated content
Many texts and images are generated by artificial intelligence from your data. We review the process to keep it accurate and respectful, but the result may contain inaccuracies. Use it as a starting point for reflection.
Acceptable use
When using Humanos, you agree not to:
- publish illegal, hateful, harassing, violent or exploitative content, or content that violates other people's rights;
- add another person's data (such as birth details or photos) without their knowledge and agreement, or use the app to expose someone;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, bypass usage limits or plan restrictions, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or bulk-extract the app's content by automated means;
- use the app to send spam or impersonate someone else.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content and ours
What you write and upload remains yours. You authorize us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. What you publish in public areas of the app (such as the Community) is visible to other people until you delete it.
The Humanos brand, the app, catalog texts, artwork and the synthesis method are ours and protected by law. Your book is for personal use.
Cancellation, withdrawal and closing your account
You can cancel the subscription through the payment provider you used or by asking support. Cancellation does not cut access immediately: paid features remain until the end of the period already paid and the account then moves to the free plan. A refund ends paid features immediately.
Online purchases carry a 7-day right of withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, art. 49), requested through support or the purchase channel. [refund policy outside that period — complete with the owner/legal counsel]
You can delete your account at any time. Data deletion
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app available and your data intact, but the service may have interruptions, feature changes and failures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's content or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights.
